Looking in the mirror every day we sometimes miss the small changes that show us how far you have come. By uploading progress photos, you can see how your body is changing. Great for motivation. Or even inspire others by sharing them on social media.
These sessions are all about you and setting goals. I will plan your workout schedule based on these key information sessions. This ensures I am crystal clear on what it is that you what to achieve, by when and helps signpost the journey to success.
Staying accountable is key to body transformations. Keep in constant contact with your trainer and fellow members with Instant Chat. Send and receive private messages, see when someone is replying and see live status like when your trainer is online or offline.
Join Live or On-Demand events from within your ROPT app account. You can set this up via the web, iOS or Android apps. Connect with classes and other live streaming events easily and securely.
This really powerful tool shows you the changes that you have actually made during your membership. You can track and compare things like muscle & bodyfat percentages, body measurements, and sessions that have been completed.

One of the best things about online coaching is that you can train whenever and wherever you want to. You can go to the gym, at work or train at home.
Your coach is always available, giving you cues and feed back on your session, and you can be anywhere in the world.
So no getting charged for missed or late sessions again. Bonus
Often you will want to train before or after work and any busy PT is likely to be full at these times. Fitting your training around your schedule rather than your trainers will save you time. You can train whenever you like and you’re not restricted to hour long personal training slots, travel etc. So there's no excuse not to get a workout in!
As you’re not limited by location you literally have your pick of any online trainer. And you should be picky! Do your research.. ask for recommendations. Ask yourself who you think you would work best with. Online Coaching means you can work with the best coaches even if though you might even live in the same country.
I am certainly not the best fit for everyone and I don't believe that there is such a thing as the perfect coach, but there is the best fit coach for you based on their expertise and personality.
If you are paying an hourly fee you're likely paying for that 1 hour of your trainers time which often means 1 hour of random exercise. Whilst some trainers do program all of their clients sessions, they are the minority rather than the norm.
Although they may be delivered one month at a time, online programs tend to be structured for at least 3-6 months ahead and are continually tweaked and updated dependent on your daily feedback to your trainer.
If you like, I create the skeleton of your plan and then we continue to flesh it out together with regular feedback and communication.
Online coaching is generally better value for money than in-person training.
I say generally but I do truly believe that this is true in almost all cases.
If you live in a major city, a qualified trainer may charge anything from £50-120/hour
If you train 4 times a month with a PT then that's anything from £200-480/month. And that's without gym fees. For that you only get 4 hours of that trainers time.
With my online membership at around £125/month, you are also getting daily check ins with me, monthly training plans designed just for you, daily calorie counted macro nutrition schedules designed for you, access to live and on-demand group classes, 24/7 chat support, Facebook online group support, daily habit and accountability challenges, and educational webinars. And ultimately you get to train with me.
To be succeed and achieve your goals, you must have accountability. Not just to your coach but to yourself. Your coach will track your compliance each and every day, and can help you become more mindful if and when things start to go wrong. I look at what you did really well, what you could have done better, and most importantly what you did right & celebrate that.
Everyone falls of the wagon at some point, but with accountability for your actions, you can recognise that you can get actually get right back on the wagon. That might be the very next meal, the next day, or the next workout. But you get back onboard. It also helps that the wagon ride is a fun place to be.
One of the real positives of online coaching is that forces you to take ownership for your own training and nutrition. I'm not going to be screaming in your ear telling you to do one more rep... you ultimately have to push yourself during your workout.
This develops your intrinsic (or internal) motivation and empowers you.
You learn very quickly that your results are a direct result of the effort you put in....
There are not cheats, or short cuts, but by doing the right things at the right times I can streamline that process for you. But ultimately its your commitment, effort and hard work that will pay off. Whilst I give you the coaching, structure and support it is going to be you that does the hard work and you will earn all of the credit.
This builds self esteem & confidence and a genuine feeling of empowerment.
Lifestyle change is always challenging, so it's important to be client-centred to show them ways of changing their lifestyle in ways that they can implement and instill and more importantly maintain in their new daily lifestyle.
I like to guide clients on how to grow through their training. Education is fundamental to that. Understanding the rationale for why they are doing the things they need to do then I get much better buy-in and results from clients.
I like to think that after working with me, clients have mastered the fundamentals and are much more equipped to go it alone should they wish to in the future
For me this is the reason I get such good results. Communication is has to be key. We will work as a partnership throughout the whole process, whatever your goal.
